For this project, I was to create a fictional brand identity that included a concept, logo, desktop & mobile site, 2 physical touchpoints, and a brand guideline booklet. The concept I chose was a boutique grass-fed, organic steakhouse inspired by a trip to San Diego.
The concept for the word-mark and color scheme came from the idea that this would be a strictly grass fed, organic restaurant. The Z represents not only a blade of grass, but a blade from a knife.
For this assignment, we needed to create the concept, logo, business card, letterhead, mailer, application 1 (8-10 web pages and/or mobile web pages), application 2 (steak seasoning tins), application 3 (menus), and a 16-page graphic standards manual to explain the identity.
