Disco

Disco is the post-purchase platform that connects advertisers to shoppers at the moment of checkout by way of a recommendations widget. As the sole senior brand & marketing designer, I owned the full brand identity from end to end. This meant creating a visual language of elements, typography, color, and an all encompassing style guide and asset database that was easily accessible companywide.

On top of maintaining the visual identity, I led the website launch highlighting a refreshed design and more importantly a new product offering, built a full suite of sales enablement materials for product pitches and investor meetings, and also designed an email program that supported CS workflows, directly contributing to 25+ Tier 1 brands joining the network.

I led the Disco website redesign from concept to launch, art directing the full build from wireframes through final delivery in close collaboration with a trusted freelance developer. I supplied all creative assets: imagery, graphics, copy, and animated effects.

The rebrand also introduced two new sections, Customer Stories and Resources, built from the ground up. The overall goals of the new site were to simplify and evolve the visual direction, spotlight the brands within the Disco network, and consolidate the product offering into two clear pillars: DiscoAdvertise and DiscoMonetize.

Another key goal at Disco was making the product easier to understand across sales materials, social media, and web resources. I developed the concept of using stylized UI/UX screenshots and animated GIFs to showcase the product in action, making it more digestible for potential partners and contributing to an increase in brands joining the network. I also independently handled all social media posts and blog content, covering both design and copy.
