Groupon Engagement Campaign
This email campaign targeted infrequent and lapsed Groupon users with category-specific deals to better understand their behaviors and interests, and to drive conversions.

We created a multi-day geo-specific article send for numerous markets. This included the creation of new and refreshed articles and a modular email template that allows for imagery, video content, categories, and deal cards that could scale through numerous markets.

Yep, There's a Groupon for That
The goal with this campaign was to change the public perception that Groupon has a limited supply of merchants and goods. The business goal was to increase inventory and quality in 4 select markets while we create custom campaigns and promos for support and awareness.

A custom wordmark and color palette was created to differentiate this campaign from others. We utilized 5 colors to differentiate our main category offerings.

This is an example of a promotion that was run under the YEP campaign. This promotion scaled to on-site assets, email assets, push notifications, and more.

Groupon rebrand concept
A new user experience was on the way and a renewed focus on high-quality deals and merchants was at the forefront. This was the perfect time to give Groupon a fresh, modern update. I chose a vibrant, high-energy green to evoke liveliness while maintaining the brand’s strong visual recognition.
Along with the new color, I refreshed the logo using Filson Pro as a base, customizing the wordmark to better reflect the modern, fun spirit of Groupon.

This simple color palette was designed to keep our new user experience and hand selected deal card images at the forefront of our brand. The idea is to minimize branding noise, and maximize eyes on our deals.

Groupon empowers you to conquer your fears, push your limits, seek thrills, take part in trends, and have a good time. The images show that by displaying subjects that are in an exciting and eventful moment.
